Privacy - We take privacy very seriously. Our store provider, Big Cartel, has inbuilt encryption for the safe transmission of your data to us. No personal information will ever be given to a third party unless required by law and any personal information collected will be used only for the purpose specified. For example, if we take your details to email you about a purchase, we will not then send you advertising emails unless you specifically give us permission to do so. We will keep personal information for only so long as we are legally required to do so. For example, personal information collected for the purposes of a purchase will be kept for seven years as required by Australian law.

If you make a purchase from us directly, over the phone for example, your financial data will be kept only so long as needed to make the purchase and then it will be destroyed. We do not keep customer’s financial data anywhere in any form for any longer than needed to make a purchase.
