Returns, Refunds, Damages - Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product if you have any concerns with your purchase.
In most cases we will endeavour to work with you to arrange return and, depending on circumstances, a replacement, credit or refund. Please be aware that should your return be due to a change of mind, all return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We cannot accept the return of commissioned items as these are specifically made to order and would not be re-sellable. If you believe a commissioned item is not what you were promised, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product.
If an item arrives damaged, please take as many photos as possible of the packaging, the item and the paperwork and contact us within 14 days. Please keep the packaging; having it to hand will help with any query the postal or courier service may have.
